Terms of Service, Refund, & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Shahira Faith Coaching. By purchasing our services or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Business Information This website is operated by Shahira Faith LLC. All coaching services, frameworks, and digital assets are the intellectual property of Shahira Faith.

2. Description of Services We provide a premium 90-Day 1-on-1 Coaching Container designed to support clients spiritually, mentally, and practically. This partnership includes twelve weekly 60-minute calls, personalized scripture-guided exercises, custom faith-aligned action plans, and private support between sessions.

3. Refund & Dispute Policy Because our coaching program requires dedicated scheduling, customized development, and immediate access to proprietary coaching frameworks, all investments are non-negotiable and non-refundable. By submitting your initial installment or payment in full, you explicitly agree that you are fully committed to the 90-day container and that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if they need to reschedule a weekly 1:1 coaching call. Missed sessions or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

For our 3-month installment plans, payments are processed automatically every 30 days for exactly 3 billing cycles. Cancellation of the payment schedule prior to the 3rd payment is not permitted, as the full 90-day investment is non-negotiable.
